How do I book a consultation?
You can book a consultation using any one of the “Book a Consultation” buttons on the website or filling out the form on our contact page if you have a specific question.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. You can bring your own ideas, sketches, images, or concepts and work directly with your jeweller to develop the design. We provide expert guidance throughout the process to ensure the finished piece is both beautiful and built for daily wear.
What are the typical lead times?
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of gemstones. Design development can take anywhere from a single consultation to several revisions, while manufacturing typically takes between 3 and 6 weeks.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of precious gemstones, including diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald, aquamarine, alexandrit, spinel, opal, pearl, jade, onyx, and many others.
We also work with platinum, silver, and gold in all colours and purities, with 9ct and 18ct gold being the most commonly used. Alternative materials such as titanium and stainless steel may also be available for selected projects.
Do you offer wedding ring consultations for couple?
Yes. We encourage couples to attend consultations together so we can discuss styles, preferences, fit, and budget. This helps ensure your wedding rings are thoughtfully designed and perfectly suited to both of you.
